By using Moogly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and don't share your login credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Moogly. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
Acceptable Use
When using Moogly, you agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post illegal or harmful content
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Use Moogly for commercial purposes without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
Your Content
You own the content you create on Moogly. By posting content, you give us permission to display it to your connections as part of providing the service.
We may remove content that violates these terms or that we believe is harmful to our community.
The Service
We work hard to keep Moogly running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features as we improve the product.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Moogly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or email.
